Booking Conditions • Reservations will be held for 7 days; a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required and must be paid within 7 days of initial reservation in order to confirm the booking. • Final numbers, dietary requirements, pre-orders and final balance payments are required 14 days prior to date of booking. Accounts are charged on these final numbers. • Deposits are non refundable and non transferable and cannot be transferred to drink • Deposits and pre-payments are per person and cannot be redeemed against the final bill if the person is not in attendance • Payment will only be accepted in cash and/or credit/debit cards. Cheques will only be accepted as deposit up to one month in advance of booking date • We will endeavour to seat groups together wherever possible however due to fixed seating within the Bistro this cannot be guaranteed • Parties are permitted a maximum of 2 hours at their table. Tables must be vacated 2 hours after booking time • Due to escalated levels of business during the Christmas period, tables will be released 30 minutes after the agreed booking time and unfortunately deposits and pre-payments will be lost • If a pre-ordered wine is out of stock we will replace this with a wine of similar or better quality • Under no circumstances are deposits or pre-payments refundable except in the event of cancellation by Robinsons Bars • All persons attending must be 18yrs or older with valid ID
