August 2, 2012 Attention: Radio Logistics Administrator RE: 2012-2013 Communications International Radio Maintenance Contract Renewals Radio Maintenance Contracts are due for renewal October 1, 2012. In preparation, please review the attached equipment list and note any changes such as addition or removal of eligible equipment. Please respond by email to
[email protected] with any changes, or confirm the current inventory is accurate, by Sept 13. Once the equipment list is verified by your department, we will issue the renewal form for signature. As in years past, while parts and labor costs continue to rise, we have worked hard to improve operational efficiencies within Ci. As a result, the rates for Ci contracts have not experienced any per unit increase in rates and rates for this maintenance contract renewal will not be increased. Please note that a free annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) inspection on all covered equipment is included as part of your Maintenance Contract to ensure your mission critical radio equipment is functioning at optimum factory specifications. Attached please find a brief summary of parts and diagnostics that are provided as part of the Preventative Maintenance inspection. Please contact the local service center to schedule a PM at any time during your contract year. Thank you for your continued participation in the Maintenance Contract Program. Sincerely,
