Tire adjustments under Nexen Tire Limited Warranty will be made at your purchasing shop. Step 2: Original purchasing receipt/invoice is required for all claims, NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to submit the original purchasing receipt will deny the claim and automatically be rejected. Step 3: Photos of claimed tire can be sent via email or regular mail.
