CommBiz Security Guarantee Mandatory security precautions for all payments made by any user (“Security Conditions”)

To ensure you have the best and most secure experience with CommBiz, we recommend that for any payment instruction sent through your CommBiz service, that you adopt the following security precautions.

• ensure that passwords and tokens are secure and not shared • regularly change passwords • use one computer for payment creation and another computer or mobile device for subsequent authorisation • adopt any other reasonable steps to protect the security of your computer or operating system or Mobile Device and prevent unauthorised access to your accounts
