Learn ancient Ayurvedic principles applied to modern life to relieve stress and achieve happiness. Create your own offering basket (canang ) and discover more about this unique ritualistic daily offering made by every Balinese woman. Join this dynamic and vigorous form of yoga which coordinates movement with breath and flows from one pose to the next. Take part in a slower-paced yoga class that is focused on stretching and breath work with no flow between poses. Build internal heat and increase stamina, strength and flexibility in this fitness-based Vinyasa practice. Center your body and breath to align the mental and physical aspects by practicing gentle movement for extended periods of time. Be guided on a short walk around the Estate on the Estate's scenic-rich nature path. Difficulty level is Moderate. Access deeper layers of fascia with our most passive yoga practice which involves seated and supine poses typically held for up to three minutes. Participate in a combination of stretching, aerobics, and water jet massage in our heated Vitality Pool. Maximum of eight guests per session. Discover the system of health and healing used in ancient China and much of Asia. Mountain bike from the Estate to Begawan village and back. Difficulty level is Easy to Moderate.

OTHER POINTS TO NOTE : Please arrive five minutes before the scheduled start time. As a courtesy to other guests you may not be allowed to join a class if you are more than 15 minutes late or if the class is over subscribed. Outdoor activities (Walks, Biking, Hydrotherapy Circuit Instruction, Jungle Gym Circuit Training and Rock Climbing) are subject to weather conditions. Wear suitable attire for indoor and outdoor activities. Wear sun protection for outdoor activities. Please inform the instructor before the class if you are pregnant. All classes are delivered with a group dynamic in mind. For more personal direction, please book a private session with our teachers. The personal direction and feedback you receive from a private class will assist your progression to our group classes. The class schedule above is for all guests of COMO Shambhala Estate. Wellness guests may enjoy any class on a complimentary basis. Guests not staying with us on a Wellness Programme may enjoy any classes with a supplemental charge of IDR 350,000 (plus a 21 per cent tax and service charge per guest.
