Practicum, Community Internship & Painting Intensive FORMAT: 7-day painting retreat with painting and facilitating, review of practicum plan for community internship PURPOSE: To experience a true practicum of self-empowerment and expressive arts facilitation. Note: Melissa will supervise your practicum experience. Afterward you will be required to document your experience and bring the write-up to your individual mastery sessions. You also will receive feedback on your community internship plan and proposal. BENEFITS: This practicum provides a unique opportunity to: •

Certification Requirements At the end of your training, your qualification for certification as a Creative Catalyst in the Fire Tree Method® will be determined by evaluations of your demonstrated mastery of the following criteria by you and the rest of your Creative Catalyst Mastery team: •

Aligning yourself with Spirit (meaning that your primary relationship is with the Divine/Source/Love as Co-Creator and that this is an ongoing, cultivated, intimate and ever-deepening experience).

Expressing, communicating, and celebrating wholeness & full self-expression consistently.

•

Shifting from scarcity/lack to prosperity/abundance consciousness.

•

Expressing harmony with your inner family and showing up as an adult in all areas of your life.

•

Speaking your truth consistently.

•

Displaying self-responsibility & keeping all agreements consistently.

•

Clear understanding of your shadow and how it manifests in your life.

•

Capable of, and comfortable with, holding sacred space consistently.

•

Setting healthy boundaries.

•

Ability to say Yes & NO.

Aligning and committing fully to your life purpose by making conscious choices.

Mastery of the coaching tools in your own life and using them consistently in your peer-coaching opportunities.
