Electronic Poster Abstracts Results: 628 patients (16.1%) underwent surgical resection. Median survival (months) in all age groups was significantly improved in all age groups particularly in localized disease in patients undergoing surgery compared to no surgery (55e 64: 43.4 to 7.9; 65e74: 39.2 to 4.8; 75+; 30.8 to 2.4) Surgical resection and radiation treatment statistically improved survival most notably in the age group 65e74 (Surgical Resection: HR 0.29 p-value < 0.001, Radiation Treatment HR 0.68 p-value < 0.001). Conclusion: Over the last two decades, there has been an increased incidence in patients receiving surgery likely due to advancements in hepatic resection. Surgery +/ radiation improves overall survival in all ICC patients regardless of extent of disease. 65-75 Surgery
