Abstract Introduction: Philips is dedicated to improving people’s lives and creating the future of health care through meaningful innovations. The latest innovation from Philips Home Healthcare, launched in April 2014 is EncoreAnywhere, a web based patient management system that supports the monitoring of home ventilation and sleep therapy patients. It is the first technology within this therapy area to support the remote monitoring of patients whilst they remain at home. Therapy data can be automatically uploaded from the patient’s device, daily through the use of wireless modem technology. Clinicians are then able to access therapy data on their patients for confident clinical decision making. The ability to access up to date data allows them to make timely interventions if needed and also the ability to make prescriptions changes remotely. Aims and objectives: In order to demonstrate the value of EncoreAnywhere for patients and clinicians, Sara Parsons from St Georges NHS Trust will share patient case studies to demonstrate how EncoreAnywhere can assist clinicians in improving patient pathways and patient care. Project Overview: The project will consist of - Case studies from St Georges NHS Trust - Testimonial from Sara on her experience of using EncoreAnywhere to date. Project Methodology: The methodology will consist of case studies reviews. Results and Conclusions: Patient case studies have already been identified by Sara.
