Confidentiality o Will the meetings be open? o Will what we say in the meeting be held in confidence? o What can be said after the meeting?



Decision Making o How will we make decisions? o Are we an advisory or a decision-making body? o Will we reach decisions by consensus? o How will we deal with conflicts?



Participation o How will we encourage everyone’s participation? o Will we have an attendance policy?



Expectations o What do we expect from members? o Are there requirements for participation?
