Schematic & PCB design The company’s experience is made up of hundreds of completed electronic boards, including extremely complex digital, analogue and mixed-signal designs. ECAD libraries creation and maintenance We made thousands of components with varying complexity, up to 2000 pins for a single item. Each component goes through the three-step verification procedure. SI/PI analyses & design validation The quality control we deliver includes a wide range of possible actions, such as BOM optimization, electrical (SI/PI) and thermal analyses, DFM/DFA verification. Embedded software development We possess significant experience in BSP development for ARM CPUs. Main technologies in use: U-Boot, Barebox, GNU/Linux kernel, D-Bus, Gstreamer, Qt, Yocto, Buildroot. PCIe frame grabbers Within the present project we developed 6 boards of the new family of high-end frame grabbers with the characteristics allowing to implement an acquisition and extended preprocessing of an image data, which eases the load on the host CPU. • FPGA Xilinx Kintex Ultrascale • Three different interface • 12-layer PCB technologies: CameraLink HS, • 8x PCI-E Gen. 3 CoaXPress, GigE Vision • 3-channel DDR4 x64, up to 12 • Built-in power supply for GB onboard cameras Scientific instrumental system Our engineers participated in the development of a high-end instrumental system with unmatched versatility and performance for analysis of samples. The prototypes of a unique device could not support the expected data exchange speed due to the inappropriate approach used during the PCB design. The design of the PCB was completely reworked and improved using the principles of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity. It allowed us to solve the partner’s issue. SMARC compliant System-on-Module The client required a SoM based on Freescale i.MX6 CPU, compliant with SMARC standard. Within this project we have gone through the full hardware development cycle, including schematics design, PCB layout design, prototyping, testing and verification.
