Crawl Service Level • Suitable for organisations wishing to run a Proof-of-concept for a Question and Answer conversational agent. • A series of workshops to explore the conversational agent landscape, your business objectives, conversations and questions to be handled by the agent, understanding your existing technology landscape and implementations. • A 3-week single-resource Development Sprint will be provided to develop the conversational agent.
Walk Service Level • Suitable for organisations wishing to pilot a conversational agent to an internal work group of stakeholders. • Includes the Crawl Service items, plus workshops to identify and explore use cases and selection, system integration, reporting requirements, backlog population and prioritisation. • May include other technical capabilities including but not limited to Microsoft's Language Understanding Intelligent Service (LUIS), layered conversations and cognitive services, and integration with other business systems such as Power BI to provide a layer of reporting over the agent. • Two 2-week single-developer mixed resource Development Sprints to work full time. A User Experience specialist and Business Intelligence Consultant will also be engaged to ensure user experience throughout development and reporting requirements are met. Development, testing and deployment will be completed in the 2-week Finalisation Sprint.

Run Service Level • Suitable for organisations wishing to implement a conversational agent in a production environment. • Includes the Walk Service items with additional focus on user experience through Competitive Analysis research and User interviews. Additionally, knowledge transfer and user training will be provided to ensure the agent can be well supported after implementation.
Prerequisites Ignia’s solution is based on your organisation having: • An Azure subscription capable of hosting all required elements for conversational agents • A suitable channel for the conversational agent to be hosted within If any of these items are not available, Ignia may be able to conduct reconfiguration or remediations activities.
