Technical Training Laser Preliminary Operator Training Laser (course 110) Course objective: The participant:  Operates the laser cutting machine and the ByVision, Handling Operation and LaserView user interfaces  Lists the risks associated with working with laser cutting machines and uses the operating manual  Independently and correctly starts/stops the laser cutting machine  Selects cutting plans with original parameters and work through them using O2 or N2  Optimizes the parameters to suit the material being cut  Recognizes system messages and traces the source of system error messages

Requirements:   

General technical grounding Knowledge of Windows XP Experience on CNC machines

Course program: 1st day:      

Introduction to the laser cutting machine Introduction to the machine components Introduction to the operating manual: Safety, laser medium, emissions Introduction to machine safety Machine operation Using the hand-held controller to produce separating and manual cuts

2nd day:     

Starting the machine without assistance Importing cutting plans and parameters Cutting head settings Defining the cutting process First steps in cutting

3rd day:  

Introduction to the machine setup data Use of edge detection, microjoints and adaptive optics Optimizing cutting parameters to suit the material being cut (basic and dynamic parameters)

4th day:     

Introduction to lens optics cleaning and cutting head cleaning Discussion of the importance of correct programming and cutting technology Processing a cutting plan in "Automatic mode" Training test Certificate and present ceremony

Suitable work clothes Safety shoes with steel toe caps

Technical Training Laser Preliminary operator training BySprint Fiber 3015 (course 941)* Course objective: The participant:  describes design and components of BySprint Fiber 3015 laser cutting system  knows and complies consistently with all safety regulations and precautions while working at the machine:  Never bypass the safety door  Laser operation only allows with completely mounted covers  Under no circumstances enter the machining cell during operation  operates the laser cutting machine via the interfaces ByVision and Handling Operation  selects cutting plans with original parameters and processes these with O2 or N2  optimizes the parameters to suit the material being cut  recognizes system messages and traces the source of system error messages
