New York counsel for defendant on the counter- claim , ADT SECURITY SERVICES
INC. (hereinafter referred to as " ADT" ), moves for an order allowing the admission pro hac vice,
of Frederick Alcaro , Esq. , to practice in the above captioned matter. An Affidavit of
Service reflects service on counsel for defendant, ANTON DEVELOPERS OF FOREST
HILLS , INC. , on June 12 ,
2009 , at two (2) locations , but no papers are submitted in
opposition to the motion , which is determined as follows: New York counsel for ADT states that Mr. Alcaro is an associate with the Law Firm of Pepper and Hamilton , LLP. , counsel for ADT on the counter- claim , and works out ofthe
firms office located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Moving counsel states that Mr. Alcaro is a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania , and annexes an affidavit of Mr. Alcaro and Certificates of Good Standing
from the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Alcaro states that he is a member in good standing in the two (20 states in which he is admitted , has never been subject to
a disciplinary proceeding, and is familiar with the New York CPLR , the Uniform Rules of
the Trial
Court
, and the Disciplinary Rules of the Lawyers
Responsibilty, and seeks to be
admitted to represent
Code of Professional
ADT on the counter-claim.
Accordingly, after a careful review of the submission herein , and there being no opposition the motion is granted. U (T)he

2009 at 9:30 A.M. before the undersigned.
There wil be no
adjournments except by formal application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 9125.
