Aim of this project is Modelling of a protein to predict the 3D structure of an unknown protein based on homology and to perform Docking process. From, Structural based software (PDB), Multiple Alignment (MULTALIN) and MODELLER software, we had predicted 10 protein 3D structures and evaluated by Ramachandran plot and Verify3D tool. Energy minimization process was carried out to obtain a perfect structure of the protein. Energy minimization process was handled by BIOPOLYMER and DISCOVER_3 tools. A complete In-silico analysis has been carried out for Cytochrome C oxidase subunit-III of Alzheimer disease. With the help of InsightII software
