DAMAS 2017 INSTRUCTIONS TO SPEAKERS
Your oral presentation should not exceed 15 minutes. If your presentation stretches over 15 minutes, you must end your presentation to ensure strict adherence to the programme. Your presentation will be followed by a Question and Answer (Q/A) session not exceeding 5 minutes. Please submit your presentation file(s) as PDF or Microsoft Powerpoint to the section helper at the end of the preceding session, or at least 5 minutes before the start of your session at the respective venue. Please also meet up with the Chairperson of your session to inform them of your presence. To minimize technical difficulties and time wastage, all presentation files will be preloaded onto a common Windows-based computer ready for use at the session venue. The use of individual personal computers or laptops is not allowed. It is advisable to bring along your PDF or Microsoft Powerpoint file both on a CD and on a USB storage device as a backup.

CONFERENCE DINNER The conference dinner is organised on Thursday 11 July starting at 7:00 pm in kanzanso http://www.kanzanso.co.jp/about/access.html. The ticket of the conference dinner costs 50 Euro. Participants, who already paid for a ticket during registration, will find their ticket in the conference pack. Participants, who did not book a ticket and would like to join us, may buy a ticket at conference reception desk on Monday 10 July. A bus will pick us at 6:45 pm in front of the conference venue.
EXCURSION WAKATO BRIDGE On Wednesday 12 July at 2pm, an excursion at Wakato bridge is organised. The available number of tickets is 40, so if you are interested please ask for a ticket at the conference registration desk. Participants are advised to use sneakers and pants style because they have to go to high places. 17
