INTEGRATED DIGITAL STRATEGY MANAGER Location: Cape May, NJ Salary: $67,040 to $78,871 (Grade I) (Commensurate with experience and skills)

I. POSITION SUMMARY The Integrated Digital Strategy Manager manages the delivery and organization of content publishing on all Delaware River and Bay Authority (Authority) websites and social media sites to engage, build, and improve relationships with external customers. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating content on multiple external media platforms in the Authority’s digital portfolio, maintaining a strategic growth plan to utilize new platforms and services as they develop, and implementing content and ad plans for the Authority’s branded web and social media sites to increase the Authority’s online marketing presence and effectiveness. The Integrated Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of B:B and B:C internet and social media platforms with emphasis on B:C sites for driving increased customer engagement with key brands. This position oversees content posts and digital ads on owned and external media publishing sites to improve reach of marketing campaigns and brand awareness. This position maintains and manages analytics to determine ROI and strategy as required by the Director of Marketing. The Integrated Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for working with internal IT systems staff and third-party providers to improve analytics reporting, streamline content publishing, and improved customer experiences across platforms. This individual must have a thorough knowledge of website, email, and social media best practices and keep current with trends in marketing techniques and social networking strategies. This position reports to the Director of Marketing. II.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, launch and implement digital marketing assets including integrated use of web, social media, blog and email platforms to effectively improve frequency and reach of marketing plans. Work closely with Marketing Director and team to test and set up digital marketing campaigns and circulate efficient and accurate reporting detailing results of each these marketing campaigns with possible improvements. Ensure positive user experiences across platforms to encourage customer growth, self-serve capabilities, and brand affinity. Provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism to all internal and external customers. Develop digital integration programs with existing bricks and mortar services including retail/eCommerce and special events teams Administer, update, and promote content that grows awareness, reservations and utilization of DRBA services. Coordinate with IT and Legal to ensure websites and digital assets remain protected and are posted in alignment with all copyright, Can-Spam, other legal and digital regulations, or best practices. Maintain processes and procedures for monitoring review and brand reputation sites Work with cross-departmental teams including Operations, Food & Retail, and
PR, to maintain and develop Authority external digital sites and ensure brand consistency as needed. Insure requirements are met using industry best practices Track, analyze, report, and evaluate usage of all digital platforms and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness; research and develop strategies for search engine optimization Stay current with cutting-edge digital best practices; maintain a high-level understanding of the latest trends in social media; make third-party technology recommendations consistent with industry best practices; develop budgets to support recommendations Assist in development of eCommerce and digital sales efforts across marketing channels including by not limited to social network sites such as LinkedIn, Social media sites such as Facebook and Pinterest, blogs, email and web sites Provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism to all internal and external customers

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Comprehensive knowledge of website design practices using current trends in marketing technique; proficient in web page creation, layout, and content posting Knowledge of social media best practices, social networking strategies, and the correct use social media management tools including reputation management tools Ability to track and measure ROI and KPIs including Google Analytics and other web analytical tools to maximize traffic to sites Knowledge of web content management systems. HTML5 knowledge preferred Knowledge of SEM and SEO best practices. Experience with travel and tourism search trends and practices preferred Experience with media planning and campaign plan implementation. Understanding of segmentation and retargeting concepts and techniques Strong Excel capabilities and ability to issue management reports on key metrics and their implications Solid understanding of digital design concepts and best practices including copyright best practices for pictures and images on digital platforms Experience with email management systems and survey service providers Self-motivated and able to prioritize work volume with little supervision; drive and ability to see problems through to completion; must be able to handle multiple tasks and be organized Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a crossdepartmental team Strong verbal and written communications skills; capable of writing creative copy for digital and legacy advertising media. Strong project management and organization skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to provide excellent customer service

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Digital Media or equivalent number of years of relevant experience Minimum of three- five (3-5) years of professional experience in digital marketing management including website content management systems, email
management, reputation management programs, Google analytics, and social media cross-platform content management programs Strong writing and presentation skills including demonstrated expertise in ad copywriting, blogging and Powerpoint presentations. Slide share experience preferred Strong visual content skills including photography, video and graphics management tools such as Canva, PicMonkey, or the Adobe creative suite. Video content development and posting experience strongly preferred. Must be comfortable with a camera Digital analytics experience with platform analytics including but not limited to Google analytics Digital advertising experience including remarketing/retargeting campaigns, SEM and SEO, e-mail Can-SPAM compliance guidelines, and social media advertising campaign management
