Denver Endurocross Ticket Giveaway - Rules and Regulations - Rules and Regulations – 1. Who Can Enter: Participants must be at least 18 years of age or age of majority at primary residence and have lawful access to the internet and a valid e-mail address. Rocky Mountain ATV/MC employees, Endurocross and Moose Racing, family members and any persons living in their household(s) are ineligible. Participants must be legal residents of the lower 48 states. 2. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary. You must like the giveaway image as well as tag or comment if you will be able to make it to the race. You are permitted to have one entry Facebook or one entry Instagram. Proof of age and residence may be requested and must be supplied before prizes are given. 3. Winner Selection: Two winners will be selected from Facebook and two winners will be selected from Instagram. Both winners will be chosen by employees of Rocky Mountain ATV/MC using their best discretion from all eligible entries that are received. The winners will receive a reply from the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Facebook 3:00pm MT on September 22, 2016. If there is no response from the winner(s) after twenty four hours of being notified, that winner will be voided. If a chosen winner does not reply within the aforementioned time, their prize will be forfeited without any further compensation and awarded to the next chosen winner who can attend the race. If a winner is chosen and for whatever reason they are unable to attend the Denver Endurocross event, there is no required compensation by Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, Endurocross or Moose Racing in any form. The chosen winners will receive (4) Denver Endurocross tickets if chosen on Instagram, and (5) Denver Tickets if chosen on Facebook that will provide entry to the event and nothing further. The winner and their guests are responsible to get to the event; we will not provide travel or any other expenses. 4. Legal: This contest is sponsored by Rocky Mountain ATV/MC , Endurocross and Moose Racing and is in no way affiliated with any other organizations or persons. Rocky Mountain ATV/MC has the right to modify or change any rules and/or regulations at any time during, before or after this contest. Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is not responsible for any entries lost due to error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operations, transmissions etc. Any and all prizes are nonrefundable or transferable. The winner is responsible for any local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes received from this contest. No entries will be deemed eligible if they are received after the date stated on contest webpage on the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC website. If no chosen winner has confirmed that they can attend the event by 12:01am MT on September 29, 2016 tickets will not be required to be given out and the contest will then be voided. Tickets will be shipped via FedEx to the exact address provided by the chosen winner. Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is not responsible for the tickets after they have been shipped. Should they not be claimed by the chosen winner in time for the event, for any reason, no party is required to supply compensation in any form. Contest winners can be awarded once per household, per calendar year. Odds of winning depend on how many entries are received in full and have all the required personal information included. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names and states of residence to any web posting or any other media without any additional compensation.
