APPROVED NOISE CONSULTANT LIST FOR COMMERCIAL MUSIC MITIGATION

Attached is a list of persons who have applied to be noise experts and have been approved under the DEP Noise Code. As the premise/business owner, you should know there are a great many noise mitigation issues possible at each premises. Prior to retaining an expert, it is incumbent upon the owner to verify that the particular educational and actual experience is applicable to the owner’s particular noise mitigation circumstances, as well as verifying the pricing for such services. NOTE: The hiring of a consultant from this list does not shield the owner from a violation of the Noise Code should applicable noise levels be exceeded during a DEP inspection. Note: Any consultant that does not have current contact information may be removed from this list.
