Learning Outcomes 1. Learners will become familiar with an innovative online evaluation tool/method. 2. Learners will understand the need for 'real time' feedback to the clinical learner. 3. Learners will understand the benefits of online evaluation for nursing students. 4. Learners will understand how the tool is applicable in other circumstances.

What was needed and why? • A system that was accessible from anywhere, anytime, on any system • A system that was self-contained and confidential • A system that would work in real-time • A system that was easy to learn & navigate! • A system that would build over the course of the university program…a portfolio over time • A system that would archive
