APPETIZER Orange Sesame Calamari Lightly breaded calamari, fried and tossed in a glaze of garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, orange zest, and a bit of crushed red pepper. Served with an orange-ginger dipping sauce. Roasted Butternut Squash Soup A smooth puree of butternut squash, onions, ginger, chicken broth and apple cider, finished with a touch of cream. Fall Salad with Maple-Balsamic Vinaigrette Roasted butternut squash, caramelized apple slices, pecans, dried cranberries, and mesclun greens, drizzled with maple-balsamic vinaigrette and topped with crumbled goat cheese. Duck Bacon Wontons Crispy wontons filled with duck bacon, cream cheese, roasted corn, peppers, and scallions, served with avocado-ranch dipping sauce. Tuscan-Style Mussels P.E.I. mussels cooked with garlic, cannellini beans, leeks, and grape tomatoes in white wine and chicken broth. Finished with a drizzle of pesto aioli and served with toast points.
MAIN COURSE Buttery Shrimp with Orzo Risotto Orzo pasta cooked risotto style with chicken broth and cream, and served with pan-fried shrimp and asparagus and topped with fresh scallions and parmesan cheese. Veracruz-Style Cod A pan-seared filet of cod slow-cooked in tomato sauce with onion, garlic, capers, green olives and white wine, finished with fresh cilantro and served with cilantro lime rice and fried plantains. Apple and Brandy Glazed Chicken A pan-seared chicken breast, topped with caramelized Gala apple slices cooked in brandy and apple cider, and garnished with crumbled gorgonzola cheese. Served with country mashed potatoes and roasted acorn squash. Goat Cheese and Roasted Asparagus Raviolis Egg pasta raviolis filled with roasted asparagus, goat cheese, caramelized onions and chives, served with fresh filetto pomodoro sauce with onions, garlic and fresh basil. Horseradish-Crusted Top Sirloin A 10oz. Top Sirloin steak served with roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus. (add an extra $2.00)
