Undersecretaries Assistant Secretaries Bureau and Service Directors Schools Division Superintendents Public Elementary and Secondary Sc hools Heads All Others Concerned
1. The Department of Education (DepEd}, recognizes the need for further research on specific issues affecting the education sector. Therefore, it has engaged the services of the following consultants:
a. Dr. Proserpina D. Tapales; b. Dr. Jennifer Romero Llaguno; c. Dr. Jocelyn C. Cuaresma; and d. Ms. Leilani Galvez, CPA. 2. Regional directors, schools division superintendents and school heads are enjoined to give their cooperation, assistance 6l1d full support to this initiative by giving them full access to data and information necessary for their research . 3.
Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
