POWER products Product advantages

An adapted "product" response SDMO does not compromise when it comes to the quality of its products and their compliance with standards. They are designed to meet even more demanding criteria in terms of safety and use than those actually required by the directives. To reach these objectives, components are selected with care from partner manufacturers who are amongst the most well-known and safest on the market.

The balance is struck between power, extreme climate conditions and sound levels One of the most crucial points when designing generating sets is to be able to offer optimum power combined with a low sound level under climate conditions which may be extreme. SDMO has managed to find the perfect balance between these three factors thanks to an in-depth study carried out by experienced teams who have access to dedicated technical resources.

Demanding choices SDMO is committed to designing high-performance generating sets which offer a demanding standard of quality. To ensure this, SDMO takes great care when selecting materials and equipment and works closely with suppliers who are also market leaders. SDMO and its partners are constantly working together to develop the solutions of the future.

Reducing pollutant emissions As part of its Power Products range, SDMO has decided to offer generating sets equipped with engines which limit pollutant emissions. To distinguish between them, SDMO uses the following suffixes: C3 = Stage 3A (50 Hz/European directive)/Tier 3 (60 Hz/USA EPA standards) C2 = Stage 2 (50Hz/EC directive)/Tier 2 (60Hz /USA EPA standards)

power products OPTION DETAILS

More about options Diesel separator pre-filter (FD05) This is a pre-filter enabling water contained in the diesel to be removed, thereby improving the engine's protection.

Filter with interchangeable cartridge (EN02) Dry air filters with removable and interchangeable cartridges for dusty environments which can be removed and cleaned with blown air, if required. This option is required when the generating set is used in dusty environments.

Oversized alternator (AO001B) For installations with significant electrical constraints, this option ensures improved performance.

Silencer on open version (EN07, EN08, EN09) For "open" version generating sets, a choice of 3 noise reduction levels is available (9dB(A), 29dB(A), 40dB(A)), to meet the constraints of various installations.

Oil centrifuge (EN19 only for Series 4000) This allows the maintenance interval to be increased from 500 hours to 1500 hours (depending on the oil quality).

Automatic oil make up with tank (EN18)

Automatic oil make up system enabling a constant oil level to be maintained in the crankcase during operation. This system comprises a new oil reserve, an oil level regulator and a hose and valve assembly mounted on the generating set's base frame.

POWER products CONTENERGY

SDMO offers a range of soundproofed containers with a wide range of options Thanks to their standard dimensions, CONTENERGY containers are easy to transport and, once on site, to install. Highly economical thanks to its cooling system, integrated sound traps and silencers, the CONTENERGY concept is completely self-contained, with a fuel capacity which enables it to operate immediately, without connection to an additional tank. You may have multiple installation constraints - that's why our containers are designed to withstand harsh climate conditions.

CONTENERGY ISO

CONTENERGY CIR

CONTENERGY EUR40

The dimensions of CONTENERGY ISO containers comply with CSC certification. They have been specially designed to withstand significant loads and pressures during transport without incurring damage, and can be shipped without any special constraints. • A unique air flow crossing the container from one end to the other is used to disperse radiated engine emissions and for the cooling system. • The space available in the ISO 40 can be used to install other equipment • Available in 20- and 40-foot High Cube versions.

CIR containers are specially designed with mobile and rental applications in mind. • This highly compact model has a very low sound level and features an optional high volume tank, giving it up to 10 hours of autonomy. • Its design allows easy access to the control/ command functions (remote MMI) and the power connections. • Available in 20-foot High Cube and Dry versions.

EUR type containers are designed for the most demanding environments (low sound level requirements, high temperatures on site). • The cooling area is separate from the generating set area, allowing the air flow inside the container to be reduced. This design improves performance (lower sound level, more efficient cooling), offers greater versatility in terms of auxiliary equipment options (Heavy Duty filters, etc.) and reduces derating at very high temperatures. • Available in 40-foot High Cube version (Si and SSi).

POWER products INS (Normal/emergency switch)

Normal/emergency switching SDMO offers a complete range of separate Normal/Emergency switches. There are a large number of benefits to our technology, both in terms of cost and of ease of installation. The design of the control units and boxes enables even cables with large cross sections to be easily connected. The front panel of the unit no longer opens on just one side, like a conventional control unit, but on three sides, allowing total access to all the connections for the power equipment and terminal blocks. All our control units are either three-pole or four-pole.

TSI From 800A to 3150A, the TSI is perfectly suited to industrial applications where the transfer of a main source to a replacement source is crucial for the running of your installations. It exists in three-pole and four-pole versions.

Specifications Two lines on the screen, enabling simultaneous display of the voltage on the grid side and the generating set side. The same applies to the frequency. 6 LEDs provide instantaneous information on the position status of both of the two sources, along with any alarms and faults which arise. The TSI also offers 3 configurable inputs and 2 outputs, as an option. A wire connection on all SDMO control/command modules enables remote starting using a dry contact. TSI Ratings Type
