It was formed as a cooperative effort between the Sheet Metal Workers International Association and signatory sheet metal contractor members. The primary objective and purpose of cooperative effort between the International Union of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 33 and the West Virginia Sheet Metal Contractors Association is to create a more productive market that will assure quality performance and a superior product delivered to the project Owner/User in budget and within the agreed upon completion date.
