Revenue Model
You may chose from either of the two revenue models: 1.
Joint Venture Falcon can sign a joint venture agreement with and share the income and expenses on a 50%- 50% basis.

Show Management Falcon can sign a show management agreement and work on a show management fee and sales commission basis. In addition to sales commission and show management, following cost heads to be paid as per actual costs incurred: Space Rental Charges Space Construction and Decoration Charges Media Publicity Charges Pre and During event Press Conference charges Printing and Stationery (Brochures / Mailers etc.) Travel expenses in India and abroad for pre event organisation and contact with potential speakers and exhibitors etc. Honorarium and Travel Expense Reimbursement to Speakers During Event Hospitality Charges Management of Registration Security Services Photography / Translation / Recording Services Postage and Courier Services Telephone and Fax costs Web site management services Special Events during the Conference Preparing Post Show Reports and releasing a record of proceedings. Misc other expenses Show will be owned by you and all residual income will belong to you.
