What do we use to measure?
The PST–R is a personality structure analysis that the Institute for Practical Psychology has developed under the leadership of Prof. Dr Dieterich and which the Institute is continually developing further. The instrument incorporates concepts of the 16 Personality Factor Tests (16 PF) according to Schneewind, the Eysenck Personality Inventory (EPI), the Freiburg Personality Inventory
(FPI)
and
the

approach
of
Fritz Riemann. The instrument consists of 324 questions that take approx. 60 minutes to answer.

The result
The result of our diagnostics is a scientifically well-founded personality profile from which we derive our recommendation. The prerequisite for a professional recommendation is that a PLAN / ACTUAL analysis has been conducted beforehand. We carry out the PLAN analysis by determining your requirements using a checklist. The ACTUAL analysis is conducted within the framework of the test. A comparison of the two is the basis of our recommendation.
Our services include:
PST–R documentation for the candidate and client
Oral feedback to the candidate and the client
Written summary of the results in the form of an assessment summary
