FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER • • • • • • • •

Manage all F&B day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service Lead the F&B team by training and guiding talented personnel Establish targets, procedures, schedules and policies Ensure optimal preparations and execution of all F&B activities Provide an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork Comply with all health and safety regulations Report regarding sales results and productivity
