Pursers Platter Combo Our Pursers Platter consists of our Calamari appetizer, our large Pursers sampler and a house-made dessert. The crispy calamari rings are topped with parmesan cheese and served with a house-made marinara sauce. Large Pursers Sampler is 1lb of steamed snow crab legs and 1lb of steamed spiced gulf shrimp.
