NDNA PROMOTING QUALITY IN EARLY YEARS

Early Years Inspections Wednesday 26th September 2012 – Central London About the Event Following a recent consultation and series of pilot inspections of early years settings, Ofsted will be introducing a new framework for registration, inspection and enforcement in September 2012. The changes will coincide with the implementation of the revised Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Capita’s Early Years Inspections Conference will give delegates a crucial insight into how to prepare for inspection against the key judgement areas of the new framework, including: • Outcomes for children in learning and development and physical and emotional wellbeing • Quality and standards of provision • L eadership and management • Overall effectiveness Understanding and preparing for the new framework will be essential to performing well at inspection and delivering excellent outcomes for children. Attend this conference to learn what the new judgement criteria looks like in practice from pilot early years settings that have already been inspected under the new framework, and benchmark your own provision against examples of best practice. This timely event brings together representatives from registered early years providers and local authorities to give delegates the unique opportunity to prepare for and understand the changes to inspection arrangements.
