Job Requirements: • Manage and collect the data required for Recommended Spares and Tools list and development of AW609 database (also liaise with Subcontractors for LSA data entry) • Liaise with Design Organization for maintenance concept development, collection of maintainability/reliability data and for improving/correcting design data • Participate and cooperated with PSE to Technical Publication Illustrated Parts Data development • Establish the requirements for the development of all Ground Support Equipment (GSE) required for scheduled/unscheduled maintenance • Establish, manage and participate in the Technical Publication Validation process • Cooperation with Service Engineering team on the maintainability and reliability analysis of the aircraft • Identify the requirements in terms of Instructions for Continuous Airworthiness of each Notice Design Change (NDC) developed for new components/system
Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (Aeronautics/Mechanics/Electronics) or an industry standard quality background with associated certifications • 5-7 Years' experience in a similar role • Previous experience in Logistic Support Analysis or Maintenance Engineering department within and aerospace company • A&P License preferred • Previous experience on Tilt Rotor preferred • Superior problem solving • Able to work independently with some assistance and make judgment calls regarding maintainability issues • Must be familiar with Access, Word, Excel, Power Point and Tech Publications database and editing systems,manufacturing drawings and technical data • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to communicate professionally in written responses to emails and submitting reports • Pro-activity and ability to work under high demanding/stressful environments and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a product organization with a rapidly expanding Customer base • Ability to multi-task • Possess a Think Customer attitude • Integrity and professionalism • Assertive and willingness • Initiative, motivation and commitment • Multi-cultural awareness • Ability to build collaborative working relationships • Good presentation skills • A continuous improvement mindset 1
