Upload files and create documents within the platform Assign a provider and/or select a patient Assemble pages from multiple documents into a single encounter Add documentation to an encounter at any stage in the workflow
The encounter document is then automatically fed into our coding workflow and workload management processes. Once the coding is completed, the coding report can be sent directly to the billing system and/or to a specific destination, or stay within the platform for pickup. Notifications can be sent to appropriate personnel alerting them the documentation is available. Throughout the process, the coding is performed within a centralized ICD-10 ready platform. Coding managers can monitor and adjust workload depending upon demands and QA can be run concurrently to maximize coding quality and efficiency. The level of integration with your own systems and processes is flexible.
