Every applicant is expected to fill the form as correctly as possible, distinguishing Surname from others (First name and Other names) 3. Scholarship Skills Test shall be conducted for every applicant for the award of tuition fee support scholarship 4. Applicant that obtains a minimum score of 85% in the test would be awarded a tuition fee support scholarship in form of a rebate for the studies in M’DEEN Tutorial and Computer Academy 5. Tranche payment of tuition fee is allowed for programme with duration period of over 2 months in maximum of 3 installments to allow room for convenience as follows: Tranche/Installment

6. No cash payment of tuition fee is allowed except for the application form fee of N200.00 7. Tuition fee should be paid directly into the College’s bank account number 1771240805 at SKYE BANK PLC or by cheque issued in favour of M’DEEN ACADEMY at form submission. 8. The College reserves the right to dismiss any student at any time for non-payment of fees. No fees will be refunded for any student dismissed under this section. 9. Attendance shall be taken to monitor student’s commitment and performance at M’DEEN ACADEMY 10. If you cancel your programme, you are not eligible for a refund except at the discretion of M’DEEN ACADEMY. However, if the entire programme fees have been paid, an enrolment can be deferred ONCE, provided we receive written notice at least 2 weeks before the programme. 11. The College reserves the right to inform the parents or guardian where a student has been removed from School under section 8 above. 12.
