Seminar Schedule The ERC Mini MBA programme is a 5-day intensive seminar that offers an in-depth overview of various issues relating to contemporary business studies of management and organizational leadership. Delegates will spend 8 contact hours with a lecturer in a seminarstyle sitting exploring critical business issues in 5 key management topics. Andy Ong is the Group CEO of ERC Holdings Pte Ltd, the investment holding company of the Entrepreneur’s Resource Centre (ERC). Through ERC’s unique training, funding and mentoring approach, ERC has assisted 29 businesses along their way to achieve business success. Andy started his career as a financial journalist and became Managing Editor of the Financial Planner magazine. He is also the Founding President of the Financial Planning Association of Singapore, the trade society for financial services professionals.
ONG Han Boon
Han Boon holds a Masters in Finance from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, as well as a Masters of Professional Accountancy from Monash University. Prior to joining ERC Holdings as Chief Operating Officer, he was working for an Australian MNC and a Consulting group. He has extensive business funding and investment experience, and is well-versed in various fields such as Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Law, Marketing, Entrepreneurship as well as Leadership.
Ivan WONG
Ivan leads the search marketing practice at MapleCommerce, a Search Marketing Consultancy based out of Singapore. His specialty is in delivering effective e-business and search marketing consulting that helps clients define, execute and refine their search engine marketing programmes (PPC & SEO). He has utilized his business and technical knowledge to sell, plan and execute online marketing campaigns for clients across a number of industries ranging from MNCs in the luxury, telecommunications, manufacturing and service industries, tourism, government bodies, SMEs as well as entrepreneurs.

Victor has a BBus from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from University of Dubuque, Iowa (USA). He also holds an MSc in HRM from Rutgers University, New Jersey (USA).
CHIN Tze Meng
Tze Meng graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Degree in Electrical Engineering (Honours). Besides his current position dealing with project deployment in HP, Tze Meng is also an appointed trainer for a specially designed workshop on project management fundamentals. He has been involved in numerous complex infrastructure projects covering system and network infrastructures, enterprise backup solutions as well as several data centre relocation projects for key customers, both locally as well as trans-border across the Asia Pacific region. He has also attained the prestigious PMP® Certification from the Project Management Institute of the United States.
