We report an error in the coefficients in our r − z polynomials in Table 1 of the published paper. The correct coefficient values are listed in Table 1 of this erratum. The results of the published paper are unchanged, including the polynomials shown in Figure 4 of the original paper, as the error appears only in the transcription of the coefficients in the original table. We regret any confusion this may have caused and thank Neil Cook for pointing out the discrepancy.
