Resolution If you are using 64-bit version of Microsoft Office, please try one of the following solution: Solution 1: Open BPC Web Client from Internet Explorer (64-bit) and test again. Solution 2: Please uninstall current EPM-Addin version and install the BIG VOLUME version of EPM-Addin from SMP then test again. Solution 3: 1. Open Internet Explorer 2. Go to Internet Options\Tools then select Security tab 3. Click on Custom Level button 4. Set options for download signed ActiveX Control and Download Unsigned Activex control to enable.
