The Pre-Order form is one of the forms that accompany this letter. Book Swap Events On Tuesday, 15 August, Book Swap events will be held across all Preparatory School campuses (for those boys interested in participating). Details of the Book Swap Events with information specific to each Prep campus is included on a separate note accompanying this letter. Book Character Parade Also on Friday 18 August, all Prep campuses will be involved in a Book Character Parade. This year’s Book Week theme is ‘Escape to Everywhere’. We acknowledge that it may be challenging for boys to dress as a character that directly matches this theme. Therefore, boys are welcome to come as a character from any book. Books Fairs Both of the Preparatory School Libraries will host a Book Fair from Wednesday 16 August - Friday 18 August as part of our Book Week celebrations. Books will be available for sale before and after school. The boys will also be able to make donations from the Book Fairs to the library. A range of books will be available, catering for all boys at the Preparatory School. The books will range in price from approximately $10-$50. Boys from the ELC wishing to purchase or donate books at the fair should attend with a parent or guardian. Edyvean Library (T-4) and Ginahgulla Library (Year 5-6) Book Fair Opening Times: Wednesday 16 August - Friday 18 August

8am - 8:30am and 3pm - 4pm

Gleebooks will run both the T-4 Book Fair in the Edyvean Library and the 5-6 Book Fair on the Ginahgulla campus. A percentage of the sales from both Book Fairs will be donated to the library. Hosting a Book Fair is intended to continue to promote reading, further developing our strong reading culture. We hope that both boys and parents enjoy this event. Kind regards,

Mr James Tracey
