By buying content under an Exclusive License from BeatsbyOYO the buyer will agree with the following:

The content may only be used within the limits of an Exclusive License. BeatsbyOYO maintains the full ownership of the content. By using the content the buyer and user must credit BeatsbyOYO. The content may not be re-sold or copied in a way the buyer and user take credit for the content. The buyer and user has the responsibility to monitor the streams, views and sales made with the content. The buyer or user needs to follow these instructions to make use of the free Mixing & Mastering services when the buyer or user has the right to do so: - Click HERE. - Add a screenshot of your received PayPal or Credit Card payment confirmation e-mail of the bought content. - Add a brief description of your preferred sound (optional). The buyer or user will receive an e-mail with further instructions.

The buyer and user needs to put (Prod. by BeatsbyOYO) in the title of the audio and video file uploaded online or used offline by the buyer and user.
