Dear Friends, Joaquin Miller Elementary School, an Oakland public school in our community, is holding its 33rd Annual Fall Auction on November 16, 2013. The Fall Auction is Joaquin Miller's largest and most successful fundraising event of the year and your support in the form of a donation to the auction will help us continue to provide vital and enriching educational programs. As state funds decrease year after year, we need your support in order to continue offering critical services for the kids at Joaquin Miller, such as the:
School Library Computer Lab Physical Education Classes Art and Music Education Classes Teacher Aides
As an added benefit, any donation valued at $200 or more is eligible for a free business card-sized ad in our printed catalog. By making a tax-deductible donation of a product or service for the Fall Auction, your business will be listed in the program that is distributed to attendees and in weekly newsletters sent to more than 350 Joaquin Miller families. To donate, please complete the donation form below, and be sure to include a brochure and/or a business card using the self-addressed envelope for non-tangible items. For tangible items, we will follow up with you and arrange a pickup time. To be included in the catalog for your donation of $200 or more, we need a digital copy of your logo, advertisement or photo, along with a link to your company's website.
