You must first get the GPL dictionaries, then accept the GPL license and last, install the dictionaries in the correct application folder.
How to get the dictionary? 1. In order to get a GPL dictionaries, you can visit the OpenOffice.org site, at http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/en/dictionaries 2. Choose the dictionary you want to add. 3. Download the oxt file to your computer. 4. Rename the file, changing its extension to “.zip” 5. Unpack the file. 6. You will find the necessary files inside: *.dic, and *.aff - for the spelling.
How to accept the GPL license? In order to conform to the applicable copyright laws, please ensure that you have read and accepted the corresponding license for the dictionary you wish to install.

How to install the dictionary? The following steps only apply for the languages that require a manual installation. For each of the additional dictionary you wish to install, you must: 1. Quit FileMaker. 2. Locate the spelling “Dictionaries” folder. • Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro 13 Advanced\Extensions\WinSoftDictionaries • Mac: Applications\FileMaker Pro 13\Extensions\WinSoftDictionariesWinSoft\Dictionaries 3. Look for the sub folder corresponding to your language. • ar_SA for Arabic • bg_BG for Bulgarian • hr_HR for Croatian • cs_CZ for Czech • et_EE for Estonian • el_GR for Greek • iw_il for Hebrew • hu_HU for Hungarian • lv_LV for Latvian • lt_LT for Lithuanian • pl_PL for Polish • ro_RO for Romanian • ru_RU for Russian • sr_CY for Serbian (Cyrillic) • sr_LN for Serbian (Latin) • sk_SK for Slovak • sl_SI for Slovenian • tr_TR for Turkish • uk_UA for Ukrainian • ur_PK for Urdu Pakistan • yi_IL for Yiddish For example, in Czech, you end up with the following folder: “C:\Program Files\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro 13 Advanced\Extensions\WinSoftDictionaries/cz_CZ”/ Please replace the path with your own. 4.
