Standard Orders Orders $350 and Over ...............................................................$4.50 flat rate Orders $349.99 and Under.................................................... $12.00 flat rate Small Package Orders Orders under 1 lb. ..................................................................... $4.00 flat rate Orders under 2 lbs......................................................................$7.00 flat rate • For all packages shipped under a flat rate program, and/or where Kinsey’s pays a portion of the freight, Kinsey’s reserves the right to choose the carrier. • The Small Package weight is determined by the total package weight including all items, packing material, shipping container, etc. The small package rate is limited to a 2 lb. maximum total weight. • The Freight Program applies only to ground shipments within the lower 48 continental United States. Air shipments, COD fees and hazardous material fees are the dealer’s responsibility. • Over-sized items have no additional freight. These items will be included under the standard freight rules.
Restrictions • All “HAZ” (hazardous) items must ship FedEx only. • Air shipments, COD fees, and hazardous material fees at the customers’ expense. Backorders Backorders will be treated as a new order and will fall under the above guidelines for shipping fees.
