With due honor I like to state that this letter is a humble follow up of the following events: (1) My letter of April 07, 2015, (2) My letter of Sept. 15, 2015, (3) My letter of: (a) Oct. 27, 2010, (b) July 21, 2009, (c) May 05, 2009 (etc.) [to the (then) H. E. President of the P. R. Bangladesh (Late Mr. M. Zillur Rahman)], and of: (d) Aug. 25, 2007, (e) Oct. 18, 2005, (f) May 05, 2005 (etc.) [to the (then) H. E. President of the P. R. Bangladesh (Late Prof. Dr. Iazuddin Ahmad)]; (4) Scheduled discussion held on 17-May-2004 (12:15 P.M.-01:00 P.M. at Bangabhaban) with Late President Prof. Dr. Iazuddin Ahmad (regarding the research/creative works of the undersigned); (5) My letter of Dec. 10, 2001 to the (then) President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (H. E. Dr. AQM Badrudduza Chowdhury); (6) My letter (from USA) of June 03, 1998 to the (then) President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (H. E. Justice Shahabuddin Ahmed); etc., etc. This letter has been meant to include the following humble requests/notes (to your esteemed office): (i) If you do not want to do anything else (for now) to promote my subject mammoth work, please at least pay off $7,400 (U.S.) to Dorrance Publishing Company, Inc. They want this payment (as editing cost/author fees) to publish my The Republic Re-engineered (on my behalf). A copy of this letter has been sent to them also (at their address listed on page-4 of this letter). (ii) If you want to do more, then kindly review my previous correspondence (, starting the most recent ones,) and the Preface of the The Republic Re-engineered. (iii) I am desperate/fearless because I am confident that I intend no injustice/repression to anyone—my (honest/sincere) mission is for peace (/reconciliation/reciprocation) at every level. Before closing for now, I pray to Allah SWT to shower His Mercy on those who sacrificed their lives and/or belongings in the struggles for removing tyranny from this country (for establishing Bangladeshi socio-moral/religious orders). My employer (, as they have told me,) may not like to be contacted regarding my The Republic Re-engineered— this work is out of my views alone. 2 With a humble request to download my file: AKK-TheRepublicRe-engineered18b-Nov2017.pdf, etc. from the websites listed at the end of this letter (such as: Researchgate.net, Linkedin.com, Academia.edu, etc.), and to expose/correct those who have repressed/plagiarized/used (without even acknowledgement) my ideas (such as male/female quota system in medical college admission etc. proposed by me in 1995). 3 It is my humble reminder that my work is based on my sincere/honest intention to secure the patriotic sacrifice/legacy of great persons like Bangabandhu. I believe secular/atheistic/corrupt politics (of domination/looting) will ruin/sully such devoted legacies.
