Step I  Adding Product  Create  a  food  menu  in  Product  Menu,  after  the  product  has  been  made,  you  can  make  sales  transactions  in  the  sell  menu.  And  you  will  be  able  to  see  what  items  are  selling  in  the  report.  You  can  create  the  product  manually  or  use  excel  import  (​CSV  Format​),  manually is recommended if you have fewer than 40 items. 

Using User Interface  You  can  create  the  product  using  user  interface  or  using  csv  import,  manually  is  recommended if you have fewer than 30 items.   

Manage Categories  Before  making  the  product  you  can  specify  the  product  category,  and  sub-category  by  following this step.  - Go to ​Product ​> ​Categories ​> Right Click Category ​Cake ​> ​Create  

  - You can add​ Sub-Category

Manage Product  You can create new product and specify category product 

- Go to ​Product ​> Click ​Add   - Create product with ​Standard​ Type

  Manage Variant  In  here  you  can  customize  your  product  type  that  more  than  one  variant.  For example, if  you have “Food” as an item, you can add variant like, “Small”,”Medium”,Big” as a variants.  - Click ​Check box​ in field “​This product has multiple variants​”  - Fill the the contents of variant that you want 

  

 

Using Import using Csv file  You can Export and Import file Excel CSV for adding product.  - Go to​ Product​ > click ​Import  - Click​ Download Sample

Step II   Input Opening Inventory  You can make your opening inventory by using 3 way. We can use the adding ​product  using a spreadsheet​, ​using adjustment​ and ​purchasing inventory (buy) 

Using Import CSV file  You can input opening inventory at the time of adding product Using Spreadsheet   and fill in “Inventory_(Name of Outlet)” field. 

 

*Make sure you also set the Inventory Options - Update to YES, if you are   also importing Initial / Opening Inventory for your outlet. 

Adjustment by Web Spreadsheet  You can replace the old stock with new stock using the menu ​adjustment by web  spreadsheet

View Inventory  You can view the latest stock reports in this menu.  - Go to​ Inventory​ > Click ​Detail

Step III  Setup Outlet  Setup your outlet before making your sales transaction. Setup the ​receipt template​,  payment method​, and ​quick-key​. 

Setup Receipt Template  Setup your print shop receipt, input address and info your outlet  - Click menu Outlet > “B1” Receipt Template  - After that input Outlet name, Address and Contact Info

Setup Quick Key  - Go to ​Outlet​ > Click “​Outlet1_Keys​” Quick Key Template

Adding Payment Method and Tax   - Go to ​Setup​ > (tab) ​Payment / Tax​ > Click ​Add  - Input name of ​payment method / Tax

Park Layout Template  - Go to ​Outlet >​ Click ​Table ​under field Park layout Template 

  - Fill in field ​Name​, ​Layout​, and ​Alias ​suit your business needs > ​Update

Step IV  Make Your First Sell   Take Away  Transaction with customer name, you can give reward or point to your customer, and  can monitor customer transaction.  - Go to ​Sell​ > Select ​Outlet  - Input ​Customer​ name or “+” for add new customer

Dine in   Go to menu ​Sell ​then just click on the ​fullscreen button ​in the right bottom corner   of the session. Make an order as usual, then click the ​'PARK' ​button to push it into   the park.  - Go to ​Sell​ > ​Select ​Your Outlet (If you have Outlet more than one)  - Click ​Full Screen​ Mode 

  - You can search manually or scan. After that Make an order as usual, then click the  'PARK' ​button to push it into the park.

    - Select ​Floor ​and ​Table ​customer 

  - To pull back the order, you can click the ​'RETRIEVE' ​button and choose which      order you want to edit or add orders 

  - After using ​Retrieve​, you can go to Button ​PAY                        13 

   

Kitchen Display System  Here will explain about Kitchen Display System. It is operational park kitchen for ease chef  remember, what should be serve?  - Setup ​> More menu > ​Application ​> ​Module Advanced Configuration ​> ​Monitor 

  Monitor type​ :  - Parked 

: Using the park feature, to appear to the monitor 

- All 

: All sales will be displayed on the monitor 

Kitchen Display Flow :  - WPC 

: Waiting - Preparing - Complete 

- WC  

: Waiting - Complete 

Exclude Passed Orders :  - No  

: If the unfinished order will be displayed until the next day 

- Yes 

: If the unfinished order will be deleted in the next day 

Monitor Complete Count :  - Display the number of park orders

For Kitchen Display System Mode   a. ​WPC ​“Waiting - Preparing - Complete” and ​Park ​Mode    For example, I have order with ​Park ​Mode 

 

- Go to ​Monitor​, and automatically open new tab menu in your browser 

  - When New order coming automatically hear sound, in monitor you can check order with  status ​Activate & Waiting​, display view, you can choice sorting by ​category order ​or  outlet  15 

    - Click “​TAKE​” if the order can made automatically change to ​Preparing  

  - Click ​“DONE”​ if order ready 

  - And Click​ “SERVE” ​if orders already completed

  - Here list has been completed

- For Waiting - Completed (“WC”) and mode all (direct payment) 

  - You can click “​TAKE​” to change status order completed without preparing
