Step I Adding Product Create a food menu in Product Menu, after the product has been made, you can make sales transactions in the sell menu. And you will be able to see what items are selling in the report. You can create the product manually or use excel import (CSV Format), manually is recommended if you have fewer than 40 items.
Using User Interface You can create the product using user interface or using csv import, manually is recommended if you have fewer than 30 items.
Manage Categories Before making the product you can specify the product category, and sub-category by following this step. - Go to Product > Categories > Right Click Category Cake > Create

- Go to Product > Click Add - Create product with Standard Type

Manage Variant In here you can customize your product type that more than one variant. For example, if you have “Food” as an item, you can add variant like, “Small”,”Medium”,Big” as a variants. - Click Check box in field “This product has multiple variants” - Fill the the contents of variant that you want
Using Import using Csv file You can Export and Import file Excel CSV for adding product. - Go to Product > click Import - Click Download Sample

Step II Input Opening Inventory You can make your opening inventory by using 3 way. We can use the adding product using a spreadsheet, using adjustment and purchasing inventory (buy)

*Make sure you also set the Inventory Options - Update to YES, if you are also importing Initial / Opening Inventory for your outlet.
Adjustment by Web Spreadsheet You can replace the old stock with new stock using the menu adjustment by web spreadsheet
