FRONT OFFICE AGENT Located in the heart of Tuscany, Relais Borgo Santo Pietro is a five-star, 100-acre boutique hotel estate. We are looking for a Front Office Agent willing to provide tailor-made, luxury experiences to our guests, showing care, confidence and curiosity. This position reports to the Front Office Manager. Responsibilities • Fulfil operations of the Front Desk, according to the company procedures, maintaining excellent standards of service at all time; • Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues; • Cooperates with the Concierge Department in order to deliver exceptional and consistent high levels of service to internal and external customers by anticipating and exceeding their expectations; • Responsible for cash accounting (payment of guest and travel agencies bills). Requirements • Professional experience of at least 3 years in the same role in a 5 star hotel preferably at international level; • The ideal candidate is used to dealing with international clients; • Excellent organizational skills; • Effective communication skills; • Proactive thinker; • Team player and cheerful disposition, extreme discretion and courtesy; • Fluent in English and Italian written and spoken and at least one other foreign language, preferably French or German; • Attention to detail in terms of content and accuracy; • Passionate about service and willing to grow professionally; • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package; • Knowledge of Hotel Management software PMS Protel is advantageous If interested, please send your CV and a cover letter to:
