FURTHER WON SPORTS LOTTERY TERMINAL PROCUREMENT ORDERS FROM HEILONGJIANG AND GUANGXI The Board is pleased to announce that Lottnal, a subsidiary of the Company, has successively won bids for Heilongjiang and Guangxi Sports Lottery CTG terminal procurement programmes. To date, the Group has claimed 30% market share of this year’s total Sports Lottery terminal procurement volume nationwide, and retained its top supplier position so far this year. The Board of Directors (the "Board") of China LotSynergy Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the "Group") is pleased to announce that Guangzhou Lottnal Terminal Company Limited (廣州洛圖終 端技術有限公司, "Lottnal"), a subsidiary of the Company, has successively won bids for Heilongjiang and Guangxi Sports Lottery computer-generated ticket game (“CTG”) terminal procurement programmes recently. To date, the Group has claimed 30% market share of this year’s total Sports Lottery terminal procurement volume nationwide, and retained its top supplier position so far this year. Of these two provinces, Heilongjiang was a second win while Guangxi a third win. Sports Lottery sales in Heilongjiang have increased impressively in the past three years from RMB3 billion in 2012, RMB4 billion in 2013 to a new high of RMB7 billion in 2014, representing an increase of 65% compared to 2013 and took eighth place in terms of sales nationwide. Guangxi, being a new strategic development focal point in the Southwestern and South Central parts of China, has seen outstanding performance in its Sports Lottery in recent year. While nationwide lottery sales growth is slowing down this year, Guangxi’s Sports Lottery sales maintained strong growth, with an 80.6% increase year-on-year for the first seven months of 2015, claiming first place in terms of growth nationwide. The Group has shown remarkable performance since it entered the nation’s Sports CTG terminal market in 2013. To date, its market share has grown rapidly by providing products and services to almost half of the provinces and regions across the nation. The Group has become a major participant in the nation’s Sports Lottery market. It will continue to enhance its corporate value and competitiveness to maintain its industry leading position. 1
