Good Morning Wolfpack! MONDAY, JANUARY 30, 2017 SNOW WARNING, ANYONE CAUGHT PICKING UP SNOW, THROWING SNOW JUST MESSING WITH THE SNOW IN GENERAL WILL BE SUBJECT TO A POSSIBLE STEP FOUR. Orchestra performs this evening at 6:30 on our very own stage. Come enjoy the music. In sports: Wrestling travels to Stevens Middle School for a four school match against Desert Hills, Highlands and Stevens. The match begins at 4:00. Bus will pick up at 2:45 The Chinook Girls Basketball team will play the first basketball game in our gym on Tuesday January 31st. They will be playing Horse Heaven Hills at 4:00. Come join the fun and cheer them on. Robotics club will meet today in room 131 at 2:40 until 3:40. Art Club will meet in Room 217 on today from 2:45 to 3:45. You will be drawing realistic eyes. The first meeting of the Culture Cooking Class is today at 2:35 to 3:30. Come explore the culture of cooking by studying recipes, making new dishes at home, and then sharing them with the group! Come to Room 116 after school today or any Monday if you’d like to join.
Math tutorials are today in Rooms 119 and 120 at 2:45 to 3:30. Interested in film, making commercials, writing the script? Join the Chinook News Network Club. The first meeting will be Tuesday January 31st at 2:40 to 3:40 in Room 109. If you want to be famous and see your face on the “Big Screen” come check it out! Activity and Club pictures are Friday, February 3rd. Times will be posted in the cafeteria closer to picture day. Chinook Library will be sponsoring a Scholastic Book Fair beginning January 27th and ending February 1st. It will open in the library at 7:30 and closed 30 minutes after school lets out.
