Chinook’s Got Talent will be held June 13th at 1:30 pm for all grade levels. Auditions for Chinook’s first talent show will begin Tuesday (15th) Wednesday (16th) and Thursday (17th). They are closed auditions in the gym Math Club meets today in room 102 2:45-3:45 The Heart & Sole Running Club will run their final 5K on Saturday beginning at Howard Amon Park at 9:00. Come out and support your Lady Wolves as they strive for their personal bests!

SPORTS $5.00 PHYSICALS JUNE 10th If you know a 7th to 12th grade athlete in need of a sports physical. Join us for our walk-in sports physical clinic! Saturday, June 10 ~ Registration 8am to 11am (closes promptly at 11am) . All City Track Meet last week @ Desert Hills Jumps as reported by Coach Butler Mujo Sarajilic tied the school record in the High Jump with a jump of 5’2” and Abby Brown achieved a personal record in the Long Jump to lead a long list of athletes that competed in both events. Throws as recorded by Coach Lee Chinook represented well in the throwing events at the all city meet. 7th grader Allysa Kyle took first place and PR'd in both the shot put and discus. Nasem Ali took 2nd in the discus and Kaylee Pullman took 3rd in the shot put. 8th grader Taylor Clark took 2nd in the discus and 3rd in the shot put. Josh Troxel took 5th in the shot put and EJ Hawkins took 4th in the discus. And, 8th grader Trenton Slatter took 1st place in the shot put.

Distance as recorded by Coach Maiuri 7th Grade Girls Karli Hancock took 2nd in hurdles, Simran Matharu took 3rd. Aly Jones took 1st place in 100M and Simran Matharu took 2nd. Darlin Conners took 1st place in the 200. Chloe Stites took 1st place in 400 with a time of 1.10.42. Our 4 x 100 7th grade girls relay team took 1st place. Iliana Moran took 1st place in the 800 with a time of 2.49. Well done 7th grade girls!! 7th grade boys Alex Ortiz took 1st place in hurdles. Michael Jasper took 1st place in the 800 with a time of 2.33 and the 7th grade boys 4 x100 relay team took 1st place. 8th grade girls Our 8th grade girls 4 x 100 relay team took 2nd place. Kassadi Suitonu took 1st place in the 200 and 2nd place in the 100M. 8th grade boys Our 8th grade boys 4 x 100 relay team took 2nd place and our Medley team took 2nd place as well. Both races were neck and neck. Jacob Raphael took 1st place in the 100M. Way to go 7th grade and 8th grade boys and girls for our first ever Chinook track team!!!
