Getting There Nadi, on the island of Viti Levu, is home to Fiji’s main international airport. Fiji Airways flies direct to Nadi from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, and also flies direct to the capital, Suva from Sydney. A seaplane transfer to the Mamanuca Islands is a fast and convenient way of travelling from Nadi Airport, and is the ideal option for those arriving in Nadi outside boat transfer times or on an early morning or late night flight, and is also a great way to enjoy magnificent views of the islands. Pacific Island Air offers one Otter Seaplane for eight passengers, and two Beaver Seaplanes for four passengers*.

Enjoy the thrill of flying across the shimmering waters of the inner reefs, as you arrive at your holiday destination in style. Helicopter transfers provide a fast and convenient way to reach selected resorts, and allows guests to maximise their holiday by cutting down transport time and avoiding unwanted overnight stays on the mainland.

Island Hoppers is the fastest way to your Fiji holiday! Offering seamless transfers from Nadi Airport to Savusavu, Taveuni and beyond, guests are collected from their international flight and transferred to the Island Hoppers reception lounge, where they can enjoy a cold drink before being flown to their resort. The planes are air conditioned, have a cargo area large enough for surfboards, fishing rods and diving gear and all have highvisibility windows to enjoy the spectacular views.

The Malolo Cat provides a high speed catamaran boat service between Port Denarau Marina and the resorts on Malolo Lailai Island including Plantation Island Resort, Lomani Island Resort and Musket Cove Resort.

SeaFiji is based at Port Denarau Marina and operates a 24-hour fast boat transfer service between all Mamanuca Island Resorts and Nadi Hotels and/or Nadi Airport. Yasawa Flyer and Blue Lagoon Cruises connections are also available.

The Malolo Cat departs Denarau Marina four times daily and takes approximately 50 minutes to reach Plantation Island on Malolo Lailai Island. The service also includes a courtesy bus transfer to/from Nadi and Denarau hotels (excluding the 7:30am service).

Convenient not only for individuals and families, but also for small and medium groups as there are no restrictions on luggage. Vessels are fast, comfortable, purpose built monohulls with the latest satellite navigation systems. Transfer times are 30-80 minutes dependent upon the island destination, sea and weather conditions. The 24 hour service means you can maximise your Fiji island time!

Awesome Adventures Fiji operates a daily service to the Yasawa Islands on board the Yasawa Flyer travelling as far north as Nacula Island. The 27m fast, comfortable catamaran features two airconditioned lounges, viewing decks and a fully licensed bar with snacks.

We accept no liability for the goods and services provided by any service provider as further set out in the Responsibility & Liability section below. Brochure Validity, Prices and Inclusions: Prices and information for tours, itineraries, resort/room facilities, car hire and services are based on the situation applicable at the time of publication as at December 2015, and are valid from 01 April 2016 to 31 March 2017. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and no reservation should be considered confirmed without a confirmation number. Bookings made within 30 days of departure will only be accepted if full payment is received by Rosie Holidays at the time of reservation and additional fees may apply. Credit Card Payments: Payments made directly to Rosie Holidays using a MasterCard do not attract fees, other cards will incur a non-refundable fee. Groups: Bookings of 6 or more rooms may be considered a group booking. Contact reservations for applicable rates. Bonuses: Bonus offers are not combinable unless specified otherwise. Amendments: A non-refundable fee of $25 per amendment applies, and amendments may also incur cancellation fees from suppliers. Travel documents (including airline tickets) may need to be reissued and

will incur a $25 reissue fee in addition to supplier and/ or airline reissue fees. Cancellations and Refunds: Fees apply if you cancel or terminate your booking, and include the non-refundable deposit plus all fees levied by suppliers such as hotels, airlines and ground operators, up to 100% of the holiday price. The non-issuance of an invoice or the non-payment of a deposit will not exempt passengers from these cancellation and administrative penalties. Reinstated bookings will be considered as new bookings, therefore normal fees and charges apply accordingly. To the extent permitted by law, there will be no refund after travel has commenced or for any unused inclusions such as accommodation, transfers, meals or tours. Passport, Visas and Health: It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid machine-readable passports, and appropriate visas and re-entry permits valid for the entire duration of your trip that meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. For further information regarding visa and travel documents, please ask your travel agent and check with the embassy or consulate for the countries which you intend to visit or transit through. It is essential that your travel agent provides Rosie Holidays with all passport details and contact information for all passengers. We recommend that you check the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade website (www.dfat.gov.au) prior to booking any travel arrangements, for the most up to date travel information. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any health requirements, including required vaccinations and necessary documents and restrictions for travelling with prescribed medicines. Baggage: Carriers publish their carry-on and checked baggage allowances, which generally are based on a per piece or size/weight allowance system. It is your responsibility to check your baggage allowance carefully to avoid additional charges for excess baggage. Additional baggage restrictions may apply for domestic/inter-island/ seaplane flights and cruise/ferry services. Please note security conditions for baggage apply. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking, you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy of your choice that covers loss of deposit; loss of money and loss or damage to personal baggage; and appropriate medical coverage. Customer Comments: Should be lodged in writing with supporting documentation to your Travel Agent or Rosie Holidays within 30 days of return to Australia. These may be emailed to [email protected]. Responsibility & Liability Clauses: The Company acts only as an agent for those who provide the accommodation, transportation, tours, events and other services connected with the tour or holiday. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, to the fullest extent permissible by law, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. The Company further reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the tour or holiday organised by it and to decline to accept any person on any such holiday or tour. By the issue and acceptance of exchange orders, receipts, vouchers, coupons, itineraries, contracts and tickets, you and every person participating in the tour or holiday shall be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not apply so as to limit, exclude or extinguish any right of a passenger where to limit, exclude or extinguish such a right would be contrary to law.
