GroupSave Extension Campaign Social Media Competition 10 April 2017 – 10 July 2017 Terms & Conditions 1. Duration:
The competition is open for entry from 10 April 2017 – 10 July 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the competition period) 2. Eligibility:
This competition is open to any group of persons, at the time of entry during the specified period.
The direct families and employees of Bank Windhoek Ltd, Capricorn Investment Holdings (CIH) and its subsidiaries, any company within the CIH Group Companies, and its subsidiaries, may not participate in this competition.
Direct families are defined as parents, children, siblings, spouses and life partners.
All entrants will be required to comply to all product application requirements with emphasis that the prize may only be awarded to a winner if he/she/they are FIA compliant.
Should an entrant not be able to comply with FIA requirements they shall forfeit entry into the competition.
The standard terms and conditions of the selected product shall apply.
3. How to enter the competition
Participation in the competition is automatic for groups of clients who open a GroupSave account at the any Bank Windhoek branch nationwide during the competition period.
The groups are required to take a group picture and tag Bank Windhoek with the caption #Groupsave followed by the name of their groupsave account on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
Should you have a private social media account, groups are to ensure that their status are changed to public at the time of posting in order for Bank Windhoek to pick up their entry.
Only one entry per group is permitted.
4. Competition Prizes
Entrants stand a chance to win one of the three N$ 10 000.00 prizes.
The prize money will be deposited into the winning GroupSave account before 31 July 2017.

Winners Selection
All qualifying entrants will be compiled into a database and winners will be selected by random system th
generated draw on the 14 July 2017.
The first 3 account numbers drawn will represent the 3 winning groups.

A second batch of 3 account numbers will be drawn to represent the alternative winners. Alternative winners will be made use of in the order that they are drawn.
The draw proceedings will be overseen by an auditor to ensure draw is conducted in a fair and nonbiased way.
The winners will be notified telephonically to verify the identity and contact details of group members.
Should a group be disqualified or unreachable 1 week after the draw date an alternative group will be contacted.
Winning groups will be required to report to the branch at which they hold their GroupSave account and sign for the acceptance of the prize and its terms and conditions.
The winner(s) consent to be photographed and their names and surnames to be made public.
Prizes are not in the form of cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.
No negotiation shall be entered into regarding the prizes; the judge’s decision is final.
The winners consent to be photographed and their names and surnames being made public via various media channels.
8.
Other
Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Bank Windhoek reserves the right to disqualify any group in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Bank Windhoek reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and claims and to disqualify any entrants who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry/claim not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
Any tax liability as a result of accepting the prize is the responsibility of the winners.
Bank Windhoek‘s decisions in relation to any aspects of the Competition is final and binding on every group who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
Bank Windhoek and its associated agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition.
Bank Windhoek reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any group who Bank Windhoek has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. Bank Windhoek’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
All entries become the property of Bank Windhoek. Bank Windhoek collects personal information about the entrants in order to conduct the Competition and to enable them to participate in this Competition, but no further use of this information will be made without the permission of the entrants. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition.
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Bank Windhoek, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, Bank Windhoek reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the terms of the Competition including these terms and conditions, and/or to cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
