Guns N’ Roses IMPORTANT CONCERT INFORMATION Gate Entry: 5:30pm BOX OFFICE Ticket collections can be made from any of the box offices on the Eastern and Western sides of QSAC Stadium. The Western and Eastern Ticket Box Office’s will be open from 5:00pm on Show Day. VIP PACKAGES VIP Check In is opposite Gate 8 and will be open 2:30pm – 8:30pm. Please collect your VIP Tickets and VIP Merchandise item from here. PARADISE CITY Entry is via Gate 14 and collect your VIP merchandise item in the Track & Field Room during the pre-show cocktail function. FAN PACKAGE & ULTIMATE FAN PACKAGE (RESERVED) Entry is via Gate 16 and collect VIP merchandise item from the VIP Check In located opposite Gate 8. ULTIMATE FAN PACKAGE (GA STANDING) Early entry is via Gate 8 and collect VIP merchandise item from VIP Check In located opposite Gate 8. WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE VIP PITS EXPERIENCE Early entry is via Gate 16 or Gate 8 (refer to your ticket) and collect VIP merchandise item from VIP Check In located opposite Gate 8. QUEING QSAC Stadium gates will open from 5:30pm and we suggest arriving from this nominated time. DEDICATED GATE ENTRIES Please enter via the gate indicated on your ticket. Clear signage will be visible for all patrons and you MUST enter via the dedicated gate. Even if you’re coming as part of a group and seated in different areas, you need to look for the signs and enter via the correct points and then regroup once through the gate entry. This will assist with a smooth entry into QSAC Stadium. You must show your ticket to staff before entering. MOBILITY IMPAIRED ACCESS QSAC has seating and facilities specifically for patrons with disabilities or mobility issues. Please contact QSAC should you wish to discuss any queries you may have. BACKPACKS AND BAG POLICY No backpacks (irrespective of size) or any bag larger than A3 paper size will be permitted inside the venue. Cloaking will be available outside the stadium, however, to avoid delays after the concert for collection, we suggest you do not bring large bags or backpacks. This includes ladies bags which can be worn on the back. For those with medical requirements which require larger bags, please contact (07) 3405 7511 to discuss. FLOOR PATRONS Food, beverage and toilet facilities will be available on the Floor level for patrons. Access to the Floor level from Gate 8 is via stairs. If anyone has mobility issues, please contact the stadium on (07) 3405 7511 to discuss alternate arrangements. Merchandise and First Aid will also be on the field level. CONSESSION STANDS Concession outlets are located both outside and inside the Main Stadium for the purchase of food, drink and merchandise. Food and drink purchased from all outlets at QSAC can be taken into the Main Stadium. Drinks purchased must remain sealed to come through the gate entry point.

GETTING TO AND FROM THE CONCERT Your event ticket includes FREE public transport on all Qld Rail City Network trains and Brisbane Transport bus services from 12:00pm. You must have your ticket on you to take advantage of the FREE public transport offer. Special Bus services operate from 4:45pm from the City (Ann Street, opposite Central Station, Eight Mile Plains Platform 1, Westfield Carindale Stop H, Westfield Chermside Stop D, Westfield Garden City, Upper Mount Gravatt Busway Station Platform 1 and Banoon Train Station, Breton Street Sunnybank. THERE IS NO PARKING for 1.5km around QSAC during the event, so we strongly discourage driving to QSAC. Police and Local Authorities will be enforcing the 15 minute parking restrictions during the event. The drop off point pre-show is eastbound on Kessels Road located at the QEII Bus Stop adjacent to Gate B. More information on translink.com.au. ROAD CLOSURES Access to Picket Street, Omeo Street and Laver Streets from Mains Road and access to Estoril Street, Grout Street from Kessels Road will also be restricted to local traffic only from 12:00noon to midnight. Median breaks on Mains Road at Picket Street and Laver Street will be closed during this time. Kessels Road will be closed from Mains Road to Troughton Road (including the underpass) between 8:30pm-12:00am. Right turns will not be permitted for northbound traffic on Mains Road at Kessels Road. A detour will be in place via Troughton Road/McCullough Street/Logan Road.

AGE RESTRICTIONS QSAC’s Terms & Conditions recommends patrons who are under 12 years of age are not permitted into the standing or reserved seating areas on the Floor. YOUNG PATRONS Patrons under 2 years of age are permitted free entry into Grandstand seating ONLY, but must sit on a Parent or Guardian’s lap. LOST TICKETS It is recommended that you keep a record of your transaction and account number. If you do lose your tickets or have questions, this will assist staff to quickly handle your enquiry. Contact Ticketek on 132 849 before the event. If you do lose your ticket on the way to the event, please see staff at the Ticket Box Offices located on the Eastern and Western sides of QSAC Stadium. PASS OUTS Pass outs will be issued from all signed Pass Out Gate locations. Please retain your ticket for re-entry through your nominated entry Gate on your ticket. BAG SEARCHES Bags smaller than A3 size are only permitted inside QSAC Stadium, bags bigger than A3 will be required to be cloaked. All bags will be searched upon entry to QSAC Stadium. To avoid delays we recommend you do not bring bags unless absolutely necessary.
Lane closures for bus movements on Mains Road between 8:30pm and 12:00am will cause delays.
CLOAKING Restricted items may be cloaked at any of the five cloak rooms located around QSAC Stadium.
PARKING 15 minute parking restrictions apply for 1.5km around QSAC. There is no parking available inside or around QSAC.
FIRST AID First Aid facilities are available for all patrons if required. Please see the QSAC customer service staff if you require assistance.
TAXIS There is a cab rank located on Mains Road city bound for patrons wishing to utilise this service post-Show.
ATM / EFTPOS FACILITIES There are ATM’s located externally around the Main Stadium and inside QSAC Stadium for patrons on the Floor. Additionally there is limited food and beverage EFTPOS facilities, to avoid disappointment come prepared with cash.
UBER Road closures should be considered when booking Uber services. Uber drivers are encouraged to pick up beyond Troughton Rd, near Sunnybank Plaza and Westfield Garden City Shopping Centre. CONDITONS OF ENTRY QSAC’s conditions of entry can be found at www.qsac.com.au. The venue and the promoter reserve the right to deny entry to, or removal from the venue, of any person. SPECIAL EFFECTS Please note that pyrotechnics will be included as part of the show. TOILETS There are ample toilets located both inside and outside QSAC Stadium. Please note some toilets are portable toilets. MERCHANDISE Official merchandise will be available both inside and outside QSAC Stadium. See QSAC customer service staff for directions and additional outlets on Show day. SMOKING QSAC is a smoke-free venue. Patrons must exit the stadium if they wish to smoke. This includes patrons using e-cigarettes. WEATHER This is an outdoor event and while some seats are undercover in the Eastern and Western Grandstands, those in the Northern Grandstands are subject to the elements. It is recommended that patrons prepare for wet weather by bringing jackets or ponchos as umbrellas are not permitted into QSAC Stadium.
