Here is a summary about Hit'n'run. 4 kids lives intersect.....but not in a
good way! When a girl gets hit by a car and no one fesses up, a case of a hit'n'run must be solved. But who hit the girl???
What I liked about this book was it got me to keep reading. No matter why I would have to stop I would still read!
My #2 book is Final Grade by R.L. Stine

much saw a vision of her killing him!!!! But now her teacher ends up dead and
she even thinks she may have killed him! Now people are wondering if she did kill him. What will it take to get them to believe her??
What I liked about this book was that it was like a mystery and you have
to find out who killed him.
My #3 book is First Date by R.L. Stine
A young teen lives on Fear Street. Doesn't sound so bad. But why does
everyone think she is Fear Street's next victim. Nothing is going wrong
everything is actually going great! Its 1 week into high school and she already
has her first date! After about a month her boyfriend does something to her and her best friend. But will he get in trouble for it??
What I like about this book is it was a very suspenseful mystery. I also
liked how it didn't tell it in first person but if someone was watching her every move!
My #4 book is House on Hackman's Hill by Joan Lowery Nixon
This book is about 2 kids,Jeff and Debbie who are visiting there
grandparents on the March Break. They heard about a mummy in an
abandoned house and are going to check it out. They get in and look
around, but keep hearing strange noises. But who or what is making the noise???
What I liked about this book was that it made you want to read until the
end. I only wish there was more to it and that the author would draw it out more.
My #5 book is Diary of a Wimpy Kid 3 by Jeff Kinney
Greg gets his 3 diary from his mom and for the 3 time has to right in it rd
rd
every day. He doesn't want a diary of course, plus he is scared he may get teased for having a diary!
What I liked about this book was that it was in diary/comic form.
My #6 book is Diary of a Wimpy Kid 4 By Jeff Kinney
Jeff has another diary and has to write everything that happens in the
summer. Every Summer is oh-so-boring but this year is going to be different
according to Mom. “We are going to be a family again!” is what she says. But
how are they going to be a family again if Greg may be going to BOOT CAMP! What I liked about this book is that it made me laugh if I was having a
bad day I just thought #1,#2 and #3 were better.
My #7 book is Island book 3 by Gordon Korman
Being stranded or knowing you will be on an island for a long time, which
is worse?? Well these four kids know that they are both stranded and are going to be an island for a long time. But how long will it take before someone comes to there rescue??
What I like about this book is that it involves real things that could happen
in the world. Like someone could be stranded on an island RIGHT NOW!
My #8 book is Island book 2 by Gordon Korman
Trying to find land Luke,Will,Ian and Charla are floating on a piece of
cabin top in the middle of nowhere! But where is J.J and Lyssa??? It seams that they have disappeared into thin air!!! They finally find land on a deserted island and find out there is a illegal group of smugglers!!
I really liked how it had many twists and turns. I also liked how it was a
hilarious suspense.
My #9 book is Island book 1 by Gordon Korman
Juvie or a boat trip ,what would you choose?? Probably the boat trip, well
so did these 6 kids. J.J,Lyssa,Ian,Charla,Will and Luke come from troubled
backgrounds and even may have gone to jail!! But thanks to CNC (Charting a
New Course) they won't have to!! Maybe they would rather be in Juvie when a dangerous storm hits and the boat sinks!!!
What I liked about this book was that it is a realistic-Fiction and the
author made you feel like you were the person he was talking about!!! My #10 book is Searching for David's Heart by Cheerie Beneet
Running. That's all she could do when her brother was chasing her. Then
she heard a loud BANG but keeps running! She doesn't know this but her
brother was the loud bang. It's all her fault that her brother died and she knows it. To make it worse her parents are thinking of donating his heart! 1 month
passes and the preteen wants to know if her brothers heart is still beating. She wants to see her “brother” again.
What I liked about this book was that it was a real heartbreaker and it
made me feel good. Also I liked how it was a very drawn out book and it was very descriptive.
My criteria that I used was
Memorable reads,Personal opinion,Twists and turns and Visualization.
