The subtitle of the book. Connect to the title with a colon

Edition. Abbreviate with 6th ed.

The author(s). The first author is always last name first.

Publisher. Use just the first name. Ignore the parent company.

Citations:

The copyright page of the book. This is usually on the flip side of the title page.

The title page of the book. This is usually, but not always, the second page of the book.

Place of publication. Use the first city only.
